This 8-day safari combines the lush ecosystems of Moremi Game Reserve with the stark beauty of the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans – two completely contrasting landscapes. Moremi, part of the Okavango Delta, offers floodplains and forests alive with elephants, lions, leopards, and prolific birdlife.
From there, you journey into the otherworldly Makgadikgadi, one of the largest salt flats in the world. Here, you’ll experience surreal open horizons, watch meerkat families in their natural habitat, and, during migrations, witness herds of wildebeest and zebra crossing the pans. This itinerary blends classic safari adventure with the magic of Botswana’s desert landscapes.
